The following prices are intended only as a
guideline. All prices are negotiable and the
basic "what's included" list can be changed
according to your own business needs.
What's
included
Payroll Set-up
(loading your current information into our
software) Providing spreadsheets for inputting
information Calculating the payroll, including
basic hours, overtime, pension contributions,
Tax, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP and any other payments.
Producing various reports (the basics being a
BACS list, Payslips, Tax breakdown per employee,
NI breakdown per employee, Statutory payments
breakdown (SSP, SMP etc – if needed), Pension
report, Tax Credit report (if needed), HMRC
payment breakdown (Monthly basis), and Employer
Costs breakdown which will all be emailed to
your nominated contact.
Our Fees
We charge just £1.00 per employee per pay run, regardless of how many employees you pay.
There is no minimum charge for our payroll bureau service.
There is also no contract fee for our payroll
bureau service.
Set-up Fees
For each new payroll, a set-up fee is applicable
based on the number of employees included on a
single payroll.

Year
End Processing and Reports
Our Year End Fee includes the production of
P14's, P35's and P60's and is again based on a
fee of £1 per employee. Should you require your
Tax Year End return submitted by Internet, this
will be £15, plus 31p per P60 printed (this includes posting P60s to your employees).
